Digital Switchover Region by Region

Digital TV Switchover is well underway in the UK, area by area, and by 2012 we'll all be digital. Once you have freesat, you'll already be watching digital TV, so as the switchover happens in your area, you won't need to do a thing.

How many rooms would you like freesat in?

You’ll need a freesat Digital Box for each TV you want to convert to freesat.

Which freesat product should I buy?

You can choose from either a High Definition or Standard Definition Digital Dox.

What if I’ve already got a satellite dish and cabling?

You may be able to use your existing installation. All you’ll need a freesat digital box for each TV you want to convert to freesat.

What sort of installation will I need?

You’ll need a satellite dish to receive freesat. If there’s already one on your home you may be able to use it, but your local freesat approved retailer will be able to recommend the best installation for you. A standard installation starts from around £80.
